Honey Sesame Chicken

1/2 cup beer (I used a dark beer)
2 T Sesame Seeds
3 T Honey
2 T Dijon Mustard
1/2 t pepper
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
1.5 lbs boneless chicken breasts

Combine all ingredients in large freezer bag. Remove as much air as possible; seal & freeze. To serve: thaw overnight in fridge, bake in large dish at 350 F until juices run
clear (~50 mins).
